Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. A notification will be sent once your order has processed and shipped. Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.
Due to high order volumes or postal service delays beyond our control, shipping may occasionally take longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.

We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹60 within India. Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1000.

Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for orders over ₹500 within Trivandrum City Limits. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of ₹50 applies. Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM on Week Days. We will notify you via WhatsApp/ text with the contact number provided at checkout on the day of delivery.
In-Store Pickup
Skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our office at TC 10/104/1, Samskara Lane, Powdikonam, Trivandrum. Select local pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready with pickup instructions.

Available during 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM on weekdays. Please bring your order confirmation email/message for verification.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to the following countries: USA, Europe, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman only.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary by destination, generally ranging from 15 to 30 days.

Customs and Import Taxes
